Happy New Year! How exciting to begin a fresh year, a fresh decade, and make a fresh start. For me, 2010 is a big year. It's the year I begin to live as a full-time missionary. I'm excited and scared, but overall pretty stoked. I'm going to have to the chance to literally change the world in which we live. Daunting, yet inspiring. During this first month of 2010, I'd like to use my blog as a voice to recognize other organizations who are also changing the world in which we live in. I will be highlighting a different social justice organization in my “30 Days of Justice” blog series. Cornel West, the philosopher, author, critic, actor, and civil rights activist, once said “Justice is what love looks like in public.” Follow me for the next 30 days to learn about some awesome examples of love in public in our city, in our state, in our country, and in our world.
